The Trevor Project
This organization operates a 24 hour suicide hotline for gay and questioning youth. To my knowledge, it's the only one of its kind.
Unimatrix Seven
This is the fan-fiction site for Lisa Countryman. She writes BtVS and Voyager fic.
The Captains Quarters
Gina Dartt writes fan-fiction for the tv show Voyager. Her 'Just Between' series is huge and should take months to read. Janeway/Seven

Website for fan-fiction author Tommo. Site contains fic for the tv shows Angel and BtVS. Mostly pairings of Willow/Tara and Cordy/Faith. Reader discretion is advised.
Strangers in Paradise Comic Book
This is the home to the best comicbook on the market. I have followed this book since the beginning. Terry Moore is diverse and funny as hell! It's a great read, I highly reccommend it.

The largest library of fan fiction that I'm aware of. Many good tools for writers and readers alike.
